How do I get rid of HTML/Framer.BW?

AVG Free detected it while I was surfing. It gave me the option to "heal" it, but when I tried to I got the message "the virus vault has reached it's maximum file limit. Moving object to virus vault failed. Do you really want to delete this object? Yes or No." It gave the location in Temp. Internet Files, so I deleted all those, but I left the AVG message up. Do I click yes or no? Not sure where to go with this.

By the way, I didn't know the virus vault had a file limit. That doesn't even make sense.
 
Your virus vault has a limit and its full....go to the Virus Vault and click on Empty ....the put that other one file in there....when its empty...and it does make sense to have a capacity for storage of Viruses.....there product can only handle a certain amount of viruses in storage or quarentine....part of the software you have no control over.....I have the same thing with Avast.....
