You can't get the trial for any previous version once the new one has been released, that's just the way Software companies operate. They of course want you to buy the new version, so they aren't going to bother offering trials of versions they no longer sell.
As the first person suggested, you may be able to PURCHASE a copy of the full version of CS2, try eBay or maybe even Amazon.com.
