T-mobile is refusing to let me out of my contract. But the breach of contract is on their part, due to the fact that I do not have signal in areas promised. They say that I can not be let out because I received an upgrade with them, but I KNOW that they breached the contract and that I have to be let out and know several people let out for the same reason. How do I get them to listen? I even filed a complaint with the BBB and Federal Trade Commision after speaking to them. WOuld mentioning that help?
