I have not had a physical since the 5th grade. Then even shots for school were just walking in to the exam room, getting the shot from a nurse, and never actually seeing a doctor. I'm 19 now and I want to get back on a normal annual check up schedule and I want to know how to start and what to expect now that I'm an adult.
How do I get myself a doctor check up?
