how do i get my songs from my phone from limewire to my computer(more details)?

The only problem is that all my songs are downloaded from limewire and when i plug in my phone it only transfers the songs i purchased from itunes. i still have my old computer with all the limewire songs on it so is it possible to use a flash drive or something?
i have a macbook and an iphone so some programs dont work like share pod
