I have a Palm Pre cell phone, which I love; but I want to go with a different provider. This is smartphone so I don't think it has a sim card, but I could be wrong. If there is a store or something like that I could go too so they could unlock it for me or if there is another reliable way please let me know I am in the city of Philadelphia.
