How do I get my mother-in-law off my back about my baby?

I know every mother knows best but my mother-in-law won't leave me alown about my 3 month old. It's anything from the diapers to laything the baby on a blanket on the floor to play. How do I tell her to say leave the sheet on the bed b/c I don't think it has to be chanced every day, without her getting mad and driving off in tears???
