I purchased a custom piece of furniture several months ago that was never delivered to me. After being jerked around for a while, I went back to the location, only to find out that they were going out of business, which they of course never mentioned the numerous times I called. I got a refund receipt for the furniture, but never actually received the refund. I still have the original receipt, the refund receipt, and a record of the times I called them. But now, the phone is disconnected, and the location is empty. It's about $290, and I want it back, what can I do?
