How do I get my husband to understand talking to another woman on the phone about sex

is the same as cheating? My husband is Mexican and is talking to another woman in Mexico; He says he's here with me and loves me nd it's only talk. But I see it as cheating just the same. He just don't see it as be just as wrong as being in the same room "having" sex. I don't know if he has acted on it but i feel in my heart that he has. Just don't have the proof yet. My oldest daughter knows about his talks with her and tell me all the time what they are talking about because she understands spanish very well. I tell her not to worry about it that Mommy is ok but I'm not. I'm just waiting for the right time to break it off with my husband. But finances are keeping me from putting him out of the house right now. we haven't slept in the same room for over a year now.
