i live in Jamaica, West indies and i am 16. there isn't a fashion institute out here and i am feeling discouraged that i might not be able to fulfil my dream. i do not have any money to start anything, i only have my sketches all over the place what should i do is there still hope?
how do i get my dream of being a fashion designer off the ground?
