How do I get my dog not to whine @ 5:45 in the morning for food?

I would like to feed him around 7am instead. Any suggestions on how to adjust his eating time to better fit my schedule?

Feed him at 5:44.

You may have to live with his whining for a bit. But just ignore him and feed him at 7. He will eventually gt used to this and stop whining.
