Me and my dad DO NOT get along. That is all I'm saying about that. Anywaay, So we got in a fight a couple days ago and he took ALL my (*electronic*) stuff. (Computer, Phone, Camera, TV, Satellite, etc.) He had taken my TV away about a month ago, so he gave that back, I HAVE to have my computer at school so he gave that back the day he took it away and my camera I just kindaa jacked from his room 
(he didn't notice or care) and my satellite just keeps like shutting down so i didn't feel like setting it up. Anyway, for my birthday my dad got me a blackberry after I begged for one for like 2 years and he took it away and i didn't notice till now how empty I feel without it. Its not that I use it all the time but i always have it on me (which he thinks I'm lying about) anywaaaays, lol I haven't had it for a week and i usually just use it for school (asking what homework we had, helping my friends with there homework, talking to guys.. ) But I really need/want it back and i dont want to ask him for it because he might yell and get angry. (I'm 12 and our fights are so bad I have to get a lawyer) SOOO PLEASE HELP ME! <3<3
