I recently bought a Samsung Messenger II online from the Cricket website and it came in the mail today. I have called 1-800-CRICKET and tried to get my phone number so that I can activate it, but the call says that my phone is already activated and hangs up. I do not have my phone number, nor is my phone activated, and I am confused as to what to do.
