how do i get my contacts back on my sidekick 09 lx?

i forgot to pay my bill and i was at church so i turned my kick off.. when i turned it on after survice..? my contacts were all GONE????? my brother did the same thing with his but his r all still there i need help how do i get them back and where did they go.. can i even get them back??
