I'm deployed to Afghanistan and bought an unlocked Blackberry from the states to use over here. Only problem is that when I dial Afghan phone numbers, which start with 070 or 079 it dials the prefix "86." It isn't supposed to since it uses an Afghan wireless carrier so it doesn't recognize the number. Any thoughts?
