I made a 'Miley Cyrus' fan site. I also made a back round for my chat room. I also see a lot of other fan websites on Webs that have their own personal back rounds for their chats that they made. But mine is just blank. The picture isn't there. Its just completely blank white. HELP! (Please tell me how to get the picture on their too!) Thanks so much for your help I really appreciate it and need it! : )
