I just Got a brand new Archos and I did a hard reset to the system to get it back to factory (so to speak) the soft reset didn't solve my video playing issue... so I did the hard reset and everything was going fine until I tried to finish the reset, Now I get a screen that says to plug my archos into my computer and add ?some? upgrade software? WHAT?? I have tried everything I could and it just keeps looping back to the RESET/Recover screen, no matter what I do. ANY info would be helpful. also, The archos website did NOT cover ANYTHING even remotely helpful or related to my issue.
