How do i get my antenna on my car to stay down when using my pioneer deck?

I just installed a pioneer deck into my 1999 Mitsubishi eclipse GS and every time I turn the deck on the antenna in the back of my car goes up. Is there a way to only have the antenna go up when I am listening t the radio and stay down when I am listening to CD's or MP3's?

Any info would be helpful, Thanks...
