Put the music you want to play on your Xbox 360 onto the memory stick off the computer. Plug the memory stick into the Xbox 360 where you would normally plug in a wired controller. Go to your Music Library under the My Xbox tab, select your memory stick, and just play music from there. Pretty easy.
