How do i get mr backlot to say what pokemon there are in his garden?

he just says "Hello, Hello! Welcome to my opulent mansion! There's a lot for me to be proud of inside, and outside, of this home. But what makes me the most proud is my trophy graden in the back. Why bother traveling afar when pokemon are attracted ti my garden? They come to me in hopes of seeing the garden! You're welcome to join them and marvel at my graden!" Please help me i wanted to catch more eevees and other stuff. Thanks
 
Bro u gotta beat the game first and i belive get the national pokedex.also here is a tip when u do beat the game and get the pokedex save right before u talk to him. what this will do is when talking to him he will say like i saw dittos or evees or whatever but its diffrent eveytime so thats why u save before im and just turn off and repeat until u get the certain pokemon u want
