How do I get/make a new cable from my amplifier to my radio? Chevy Impala 2004 w/...

...condensation issues? I have a 2004 Chevy Impala (Base). The Amplifier cuts in and out like I have frayed harness wire between the amplifier and the front control/battery. The crackling of power issues continues even after I turn off the car!! I would like to run a new cable, but i need help with a good wiring diagram. Any ideas?

Also it cuts IN and OUT.
When it is OUT the door chimes don't work as well as the radio
When it is IN it crackles and will cut out on hard turns!!
