How do I get iphone application to show up in Xcode?

So I loaded the latest version of Xcode and when I go to make a new project I get this screen.

I'm trying to do this tutorial on iphonedevcentral.org and the guy has an option on that screen for "iphone" and then under it "application". Am I setting up Xcode wrong when I load it?

I feel like it's pretty important to choose the correct project template.
