Here's the basic rundown. I am into football, heavily. Way more than your average female. I am currently in school for medical assisting. I took this direction, to gain general basic knowledge of being in the health care field. I eventually would like to work with football players. Preferably NFL. Even more specific? The Eagles (But I won't get picky!, lol.) So how do I get into the sports medicine field? Even if it's just to be a nurse. But the further along I can go, then I'm willing to.
My question is, being just a medical assistant, is there a ladder I can go up? What would be next? I'm sure I couldn't go straight into sports medicine. Or could i? And if I wanted to focus specifically in that certain field (becoming a nurse in the sports medicine field), is there any places I should check out? Any honest and unsarcastic responses is greatly appreciated.
