I work at a contemporary high end restaurant, beautiful place we have all black uniforms with ties, I have to have my hair up out of my face, but no matter how cordial I am or how many times I fill a drink take plates anything, I haven't gotten a higher tip percentage than 17% the lowest is under 10%, what gives? How do I make better tips? I want to make an average tip percentage of 23%. What are things customers like in a high end restaurant? What else can I do to get more tips? Thank you!
