how do i get golden weapons for cod4?

to do that you need to complete all the challenges for every weapon out there, once done you get a golden gun.
 
andrew s nailed it... the golden guns are the R7000, AK-47, Mini-Uzi, and one of the shot guns.... im not sure about which light machine gun get gold but yeah. you must complete every challenge for every gun in its class. look under chalenges to see which ones you need
 
Complete all challenges like the tvs shoot them up.

Unlockable: Golden Weapons

To unlock the following "Golden" weapons, fulfill the requirement listed.

* AK-47 - Complete all Assault Rifle challenges
* Desert Eagle - Attain Level 55
* Dragonuv - Complete all Sniper Rifle challenges
* M1014 - Complete all Shotgun challenges
* M60 - Complete all LMG challenges
* Mini-Uzi - Complete all SMG challenges
 
ok. For each class Assualt rifles,SMG,sniper, shotgun etc... There are certain weapons in that catagory. To unlock the golen gun you must get all red tiger camoflauge for all the guns in that catagory. For example if you want to golden SMG you must get red tiger in skorpion,P90,mini oozi etc... then once the SMG catagory is maxed out of all red tigers a certain gun will be golden ( i think its the mini oozi). Also the same with all other catagorys.
