Because you know how they say that the ringtone is free but to get that ringtone you have to go on the internet to download it. well i cant use the internet to download it because i dont have internet on my phone at all, so anyways is there a way were they can send the file to you in a txt, so that the file is already right there and you dont need to use the interent. so please.
