How do I get free ringtones on my lg rumor 2 carried by virgin mobile?

I cant pay for ringtones so I want free ones. I DONT want to hear about ventones. Instead i was wondering if there was a way to use my voice memos as a ringtone or if i can upload my itunes music on my phone and use that. Really any way to get free ringtones on there that isnt ventones or those other sites. jeez
