How do i get flash player to work again?

I got a virus on my computer but i managed to delete it, but now it says that i don't have adobe flash player installed but then when i try to install it, the yellow bar that should come up just doesn't come up. in fact it won't let me download ANYTHING anymore. please help, this is doing my head in!
 
u have to restore your computer and delete everything then download what u wan i think
