How do I get Flash Player onto my iTouch?

I recently got an iTouch and would like to go on a website that requires flash. How do I got Flash on it? Every time I try to download it it says unable.
 
You have to jailbreak it first

You will find everything you will need there
then search in cydia for flash player

this angers me too, but you cannot get it. apple is working on it but hey havent got it yet... we are hoping it will be in an update but it proabably won't happen for quite a while
