im 16 years old and i am going to join AFL football and i need to get fit fast so i can run long distances without getting puffed out fast what do i do?

How to run long distance?
- Every day go for a walk around the street
- Do a lap around your local park, and gradually run further and further distances

Get fitter?
- Do about 20 pushups/situps a day, gradually increase this amount
- Lift weights, start off slow & at a light weight - then slowly increase as you get stronger you will be able to hold more heavier weights as you need strong arms/body to be able to be strong in marking contests.

start to excerise slowly and dnt take any drugs to make u more fit..... that doesnt work... maybe short term but not long.... u have to eat the right foods and jst push ur self to ur limit.... without hurting urself

hardcore training
run lots everyday
it'll make u tired but after about a month u will b a lot fitter n will bable 2 run longer
altho mayb hav 1 day of a week
but1st month run everyday of the week except 1 and run about 5km a day
then in the 2nd month step it up 2 10km a day
once u feel fit enough, only run every few days n keep that up at a level which suits u

start by running a mile and go on from their and keep increasing the distance every week or every 3 days
