I submitted my financial aid information a little late, but it's been months and they still haven't processed my file. I can't get my refund or my loan until it's processed, and I need that money terribly. They won't give me a remote time when it might go through, and they are completely unhelpful. Should I complain? Ask to speak to a person in charge? Please, I really need to get this done.
