How do i get face book on xbox 360?

My friends have it and they had an update which made it available but mine didn't ask me to update at all and all thats in my community is Halo waypoint and some Transformers Avatar stuff.
i have a full adult gold membership account and all the family settings are on unrestricted so why wont it update and let me use facebook?
