One of my previous phones is a Motorola Z3. I dropped it and the screen shattered. I can hook it up to my computer and it sees the device but when I click it, it does not read the pictures, videos, or recordings I have on it. I heard that there was something you can download that can make it so the computer can read my pictures. Is this true? If not is there anything else I can do? (Other than taking it to the shop)
