I am the custodial parent. There is currently a court order in effect for child support that garnishes my ex's wages. However, he has agreed to pay me directly instead of it going through the OAG. I requested that the OAG close the case and they did but the county still has it open. When I called the county office, they told me I would have to hire a lawyer or do the research myself to close the case with the county. I don't even know where to start. Help!
