How do i get ANYTHING on my sharp fx?

I just got it today
if a new number texts me it wont let me save the number from the message :/
aslo i have an sd car in there
& i dont know how to put music or save pictures from my comp onto it
it keeps saying sd car is empty.
:( HEEELLPPP!!!
