I'm 18 years old and I want to own my own vegan bakery some day. I've taught myself a lot of techniques and would love to have an apprenticeship at a bakery so I can learn more. Are places likely to hire someone as young as me? How do I go about breaking into this business? Is culinary school necessary? Because I'd much prefer to go to college to get a business degree so I can open my own shop. Any advice on the matter would be great.
