as i sit here absolutely miserable from my allergies, i'm wondering how i go about getting allergy tested. can i just call somewhere and schedule it? do i have to be referred by my primary doctor?
i have read that food allergies can contribute to rhinitis, sneezing, etc. and i'm starting to wonder if that's my problem. i have been home all day and have been fine, then i went out to eat, came home and had a bad stomach ache followed by diarrhea (sorry for TMI) and now literally out of nowhere my nose is pouring buckets and i cant breathe. i took benadryl d so hopefully that kicks in soon but this happens often and i really would like to get tested.
does anyone here have food allergies that trigger respirator symptoms?
