My husband and I gave her 1,000.00 cause that's what she said she needed as a down payment to start the case it was gonna cost us 1,500.00 total it's been a year and 3 months since we gave it to her and there have been no changes or anything she has kept putting it off every time we call her office we get her secretary and we tell her to have the lawyer call us back and she never does. so I wanna know how do I go about getting that money back I have a receipt from her as well.
How do I get a Refund from a lawyer who hasn't done anything with my case?
