How do I get a more scene look?

I'm not a poser. Or a wannabe. So, if thats what you are going to say then don't bother.

I have shoulder length dark brown hair with tight curls. It has two electric blue streaks in it. Um, yep... My hair get a little poofy but thats okay because I have stuff to make it un-poofied lol.
