I have almost no knowledge of electronics and electricity but I am hungry to learn. I can hook like-colored wires together and have installed ceiling fans and light fixtures as well as installing a digital thermostat in my home. I would like to learn more about electrical circuitry and electronics theory without going to school for it. I would like to purchase a kit with soldering iron, etc. to get me started but there are so many choices and prices that I don't know where to start. Can someone give me some advice on where to begin. Kits, accessories, information resources, etc. What do I need to get a good start and where do I find it?
