how do i get a judge investigated because he should have recused himself from the case.?

I would like to find out how to have a investagatuon done on a judge whom should have recused himself from the case. He even overlooked depositions that the other side addmitted that they dillibertly kept false infomation in thier system, I'm ready to go public if I have to.
 
Good luck. Contact the bar, but don't expect any help.
I don't think that ethics reviews by people in the same profession and likely friends are very effective.
