...needs more tutoring.? My son has Bipolar and AD HD he is in the 5th grade but is only really only at a 3rd grade level he has been in special ed for the last 3 years, but it doesn't seem to be doing much.I feel the school is just passing him through hoping that maybe he will eventually catch up with the peers. I would like to put him in a program for his reading, writing and math such as Sylvan but we don't make enough money to do that. I am wondering if there is a grant out there that I might be able to apply for so that I can get him the educational help he really needs.
