How do i get a garden on Pet Society?

I have Pet Society on Myspace Apps and I heard that there's a new garden feature where you can plant your own plants...and that there's a new shop?!?!?! Where is this new shop? Does the Myspace version not have this feature? Or do I have to level up to get it???
