how do I get a dating certificate for my honda xl600lm?

never been registered, only has a 5 digit frame number, honda know nothing of it, or the engine number. should be 17 digits, doesn't seem to be tampered with. DVLA tell me I can register it but I need to get it its type and age documented. They are sending me owners clubs but I wan't a better quicker answer. Thanks fon any info.
 
theres a bloke in ireland that is licenced to issue them...but i havent got the info to hand,...if you get no luck let me know and ill find out for you.
