Ok, so last week I started the gym and started taking diet pills. I've been going everyday , I do cardio workouts and abdominal workouts everyday. I heard cardio workouts and muscle gaining workouts are the complete opposite?. Do I lose fat first, and then gain muscle? or can doing both actually help because I'm losing fat and gaining muscle? help please, and thank you
