How do I game share on my PS3 with my friend?

I want to game share with my friend, but when ever he tries to log his account in on my PS3 it says something like "you can not log in on this account because you are already logged in on another PS3". Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance!

I don't know if this matters, but we both have master accounts, and we both have the check box where it says "remember my information' is checked.
 
Well he has to make sure his PS3 is off.
And I mean OFF, the black switch on the back of the machine.. no red standby light should be visible.

Thats because the PS3 keeps a "soft" login available in the event of updates or if he's signed on to the "folding at home" program.
