how do i gain a lot of weight during the day?...kinda weird i kno =[?

ok so i've been trying my best to gain weight but i have an appointment with the nutritionist tomorrow and i'm afraid i might not have gained as much as i should have since the last visit. what are some things i can eat throughout the day before the appointment that will make me heavier, i don't care if the weight is permanant or not i just need to make sure the scale tells her that i actually have gained a little
 
i'd probably say startchy foods and carbs such as bread
anything you eat will make you put on weight
make sure you drink a lot of water aswell!
eat lots in the hour before the weigh in
if the worst comes to the worst, you could put small weights in your underwear etc.
weird, i know!
 
chug a bunch of liquids the day of the appointment before you go
water weight is temporary
but you can gain and loes it fast
 
I know that there is formulas like shakes and stuff you can drink to gain weight, however I'm not sure if they actually let you buy them yourself. If you can't find anything like that, just eat a ton of junK! I know somebody who ate like 3 big macs in a sitting and gained like 5lbs so maybe take a trip to a fast food restaurant!!!
