how do i flash a palm treo 700w to use on cricket?

i need to flash my old palm treo from vzw so my boyfriend can use it on cricket , i unlocked my iphone for tmobile from a website i found online , but i cant seem to find anything on flashing this particular phone. thanks for the help :)
