how do i flash a lg phone to metro pcs?

i need to know how to flash a lg phone to metro pcs, either a lg vx8350 or lg vx9900 i cant find the ENS number, on the back there is a meid number a fcc id number and a s/n, i need specific step by step instruction to flash either of thes phones over myself, please let me know of any info or links you may have thanks in advance
