how do i fix the giant scratch in middle of the text in a chat room (meebo bug)?

here is an example of what I am trying to fix in the pic link below.

I know that fixing backwards text is doing 202b in notepad and pressing alt+x, but what about fixing this? it looks like a giant paint splatter in middle of the room or a giant scratch.
